Advanced Certificate in International Teleservices FETAC Level 6 (BITSX)
Introduction:
The module has been designed to provide learners with the appropriate skills and knowledge to operate effectively in a call centre environment as a call centre agent.
Course Content:
The area of Teleservices is one of the most rapidly expanding sectors of business worldwide. This reflects the revolution taking place in the way business is structured and how employees perform their work. The International Teleservices course will provide students with the language, information technology, communication and personal skills necessary to seek employment in this area.
The FETAC Certificate in International Teleservices award is designed as a stand-alone qualification, giving students a comprehensive course of study and training for work in the Teleservices sector.

Entry Requirements:
As this is a very intensive, demanding course, the entry requirements are a Leaving Certificate with English and a European language (French/Spanish). Grade B is desirable in the language at Ordinary Level.
Mature students with a proficiency in the foreign language or relevant experience will also be considered.
Students should be interested in communicating with people and achieving a high level of fluency in their chosen language. Students should also be committed to a 2-year course of study. Class places are assigned on the basis of an interview and necessary entry requirements.
